Aldersgate Academy is always seeking applicants committed to early care and education.  Applicants must demonstrate a commitment and passion for providing a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for each child; possess a love for working with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old; and have the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff. Applicants must be flexible in working hours between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Education/Qualifications: Applicants must have a degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or related field preferred, OR have experience working in an early childcare setting, and be attending college to attain a degree in Early Childhood Education. Candidates must be at least 18 years old (or 21 to work with infants) and hold a high school diploma. Applicants must pass a criminal background check, a drug test, an FBI fingerprint screening, a TB screening, and a physical examination. Competitive pay is based on experience and qualifications.
