Registration fee: $45 per child or $75 family (non-refundable)
Materials fee: $35 per child
A packet of admission forms must be completed in order for your child to begin attending. These forms are listed below and are to be given to the office. Whenever there is a change of address, telephone number, change at work or home, updated immunization records, or any other pertinent change of information, we need to be notified to keep our records current.

The non-refundable registration fee for each child/family is due with the Registration Information Form.
