Vacation Policy

After 90 days of enrollment, each family is entitled to two (2) weeks of vacation at no tuition charge during the Academy calendar year (July 1- June 30). This must be taken in one- to two-week increments and cannot be taken in 10 separate days. To utilize this vacation time, parents must provide a 30-day written notice to the director and pay a $40 vacation fee per child per week of vacation prior to the start of their vacation week (s). If a 30-day notice is not given, the request may be subject to an additional fee. Parents use a link to a google form to document their desire to use thier vacation benefit.

Extended Leave

Families are given two weeks of vacation without a tuition charge. If a child is going to be absent beyond the two weeks allotted vacation during the Academy calendar year (July 1-June 30), See the parent handbook for detals about billing rates for these extended absences.

Pre-approved Early Arrival/Late Departures

If a parent needs to drop off/pick up their child/children earlier or later than the scheduled time due to an UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCE, a 3-day written notice must be submitted. This may or may not be approved due to teacher/child ratios. In addition, an additional $10.00 fee per child/week is required. The written early drop-off/late pick-up notice form is located on the sign-in/out table. The parent or guardian will be informed on time if this has been approved.
